Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions :
1. 10% BST (Bhutan Sales Tax) and 10% Service Charge is applied on Rack Rate
2. Hotel reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice.
3. Hotel reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.
4. No discounts offered during +/- 3 days of festival periods (Note: Tshechu dates are subject to change
as per the TCB directives).
5. Extra Bed charges is Nu.1000 per person per night applicable of 20% Tax
6. These rates are on per room per night basis.
7. Check In & Check Out Policy:
a) Check in time is 12 PM-9 PM
b) Check out time is 12 Noon
c) For check outs beyond 12 pm, we will grant an extension without charge if requested in advance, subject to availability.
d) Beyond 6 pm full night charges
e) All arrivals prior to 6 am are billed from the previous night.
5. Infant/Child Policy:
a) Children under 6 years and below sharing room with parent without extra bed, complimentary on rooms and breakfast.Children between 6 to 12 years sharing room with parent with no extra bed requirement is 50% charge on Food.
b) Children between 6 to 12 years sharing room with parent using extra bed is chargeable and 50% charge on Food.
